Digital Marketing Manager

Sales-driven B2B marketing, graphic design, web design, and campaign execution for an Australian software reseller and developer.
ISW is an Australian B2B software company specialising in collaboration, security, and data analysis. Unlike Huddo Boards, marketing at ISW was largely sales-led and opportunistic — driven by partner relationships, specific enterprise targets, and market events rather than broad inbound campaigns. I worked closely with the sales and business development team, acting as the marketing and design specialist supporting their outreach and event activity.
Graphic Design
ISW's visual identity is clean, technical, and blue — reflecting both the brand palette and the enterprise audience it serves. I produced a wide range of materials including event banners, flyers, exhibition stands, programme adverts, and partner-funded campaign assets. The design language uses hexagonal structures as a visual motif, communicating the interconnected nature of ISW's service offering.
Web Design
I designed and maintained ISW's website pages in Squarespace, producing product and service landing pages used as destinations for specific partner-funded digital campaigns. The pages combined vector design assets with concise, conversion-focused copy to drive enquiries from targeted enterprise audiences.

Marketing
Marketing at ISW is sales-driven and opportunistic.
I have done market research and strategy on certain services, such as Cloud42, and I have also reviewed sales processes and lead nurturing activities to support changes in wider business strategies.
However, most marketing initiatives are led either by Salespeople and Business Development Managers at ISW or via partners with digital campaigns on key products funded by the partner. In such activities, I act more as a designer than a marketer.
I perform more marketing activities for Huddo, the suite of software products developed by ISW.
